Valeo Vocation

A non-profit employment agency with a vision to end homelessness, the Valeo brand is simultaneously welcoming and secure while also being “real” and raw. Inspired by these characteristics, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, and the Tacoma landscape, I designed Valeo’s branding.

As Creative Director at Valeo Vocation, I worked with Valeo from the company’s inception, creating printed and digital marketing materials, managing their social media accounts and email marketing campaigns, and creating data visualizations for both internal operations and external fundraising campaigns.

Printed Assets

The assets I designed included business cards, banners, posters, ID cards, forms, and flyers

UX Research and Visualizations

I researched the processes involved in programs, staff operations, and client intakes, visualizing the processes and often suggesting more user-friendly, streamlined alternatives.

I designed graphics for a Wrap for Valeo’s staffing van and worked with the printer on the final result

I designed apparel for several of Valeo’s programs including HIRE Crew, Staff, and Custodial Programs.
